Workshop Overview:

Most startups fail. Not because they fail to launch what they set out to build, but because they waste time building the wrong product. Running Lean was developed through rigorous testing of Lean Startup, Customer Development, and Bootstrapping techniques on dozens of products.

This in-depth, hands-on workshop is designed for early-stage tech entrepreneurs, corporates and SME's who want to raise their odds for building successful products. Or CTO's,CEO's and consultants who work with getting products to market. We'll go beyond the typical overview of the Lean Startup methodology and instead go deep into such key questions and challenges as:
