1. Martin Dolan, Board Director CR2 and former CEO CR2
 
Martin has specialized in banking technology implementation, support and sales since 1988. Initially with Kindle Banking Systems, then with Misys and latterly as CEO of CR2 Banking based in Dubai. Kindle, Misys and CR2 cover areas of retail and corporate banking solutions both front and back office within developed and developing markets. CR2 specializes in the retail banking channels covering: ATM, internet banking, mobile banking and mobile payments particularly in emerging markets.
 
2. Padraig Rushe, CEO Initiative Ireland
 
Padraig W. Rushe has over 15 years of experience working in Mainstream Finance and Start-Up Ventures. He began his career in regulatory and operational risk, before transitioning to commercial management roles, having worked with Ulster Bank, GE Money and Bank of Ireland. Today he is CEO of Initiative Ireland, part of the Initiative Financial Group and one of Ireland's largest and fastest growing peer-to-peer lending platforms.
 
3. Paul Rohan, Principal Consultant, Rohan Consulting Services, and Board Adviser, Priviti Group
 
Paul is an Irish researcher, management consultant, executive educator, speaker and author on business strategy in financial services. He specialises in examining the potential impact of PSD2 and Open Banking on market structures in global financial services.
