The Going Global Fund is a competitive fund which is focused on locally trading companies that have successfully established businesses in Ireland, and wish to explore opportunities to internationalise their business as a route to growth.
The aim of the competitive Job Expansion Fund is to assist Enterprise Ireland client companies achieve enhanced growth through increased employment. The fund provides grant support up to a maximum of €150,000 towards the recruitment of new employees.
The Get Export Ready programme offers the following supports for pre-export and early stage exporting companies: workshops, seminars and training; mentoring and advocate support; access to market information; a website with 'how to' guides, links to relevant information, self-assessment tools and templates; a helpdesk; access to advice from successful exporting companies; and access to a range of Enterprise Ireland financial supports
Enterprise Ireland offers financial assistance to SMEs seeking to recruit a senior manager. The Recruitment of a Key Manager initiative aims to assist companies with the recruitment of a key person to their team who will contribute significant and measurable improvements in company productivity or create changes in output to better meet market requirements. The grant subsidises eligible companies by providing partial funding of the costs involved in the recruitment of a key person. The maximum level of support is 50% of costs, out of a maximum annual salary of €80,000
