WIT has a track record of licensing its technologies and supporting the creation of spin-out companies.Waterford Institute of Technology's Technology Transfer Office forms part of the Institute's core infrastructure supporting research and innovation. Emanating from the increase in research investment and commercialisation activity, WIT secured funding from Enterprise Ireland for the development of this Technology Transfer Office.
