1. Brendan McDonagh,

CEO and Founder of Clariet

Established in 2011 Clariet provides early stage investment, mentoring and management consultancy services to emerging high potential technology companies. Investments and clients include The Now Factory, (Acquired by IBM in Oct '13), Lenwol Ltd T/A Rumbill, Performance Active, Kontainers, Gempool, TCAS Online and Aspire Technology.

In 2011 Clariet invested in Zapa Technology where Brendan took a CEO role in 2012. Zapa Technology enabled a transformational change in the customer experience of offers and rewards through its Automatic Offer Management, (AOM) solutions for Tier 1 Retailers. Zapa was acquired in March '14.

In 2000 Brendan co-founded and was Chairman and CEO of Arantech where he built a world-class management team and through them developed and grew the company to be the market leader in providing Customer Experience Management solutions to Mobile Network Operators worldwide. By 2009 Arantech had revenues in excess of €30 million and managed the real time experience of over 400 million end customers of behalf of the world's largest mobile operator groups. Arantech was acquired by Danaher Inc in April 2009.
