'Technology Ireland TechBrew - Addressing Growth Challenges' image

Run by Technology Ireland, TechBrew is an informal gathering of software company management and technology leaders, getting together to chat over a bite and a beer.

We are delighted to announce that we have secured two excellent speakers, Garry Moroney and Philip Sharpe, for our TechBrew event taking place in Dublin on Thursday 7th February at 7.00pm. 

Garry Moroney is an experienced technology startup founder and CEO. In 2008, Garry founded Clavis Insight, an ecommerce analytics platform for brands. As CEO, he grew Clavis to be a global leader with revenues of $20m and 200 employees between offices in Ireland, US, UK, France and China. Clavis was acquired in 2017 by Ascential PLC for $130m. Prior to Clavis, Garry co-founded and led Similarity Systems, another successful Irish B2B software startup, acquired by Informatica Corporation in 2006 for $55m. 

Philip Sharpe developed his career with Ericsson during the 1990's growth in mobile communications, He founded and was CEO of CAPE Technologies, a pioneer and global leader in Revenue Assurance Solutions, acquired by the Sonae Group in 2007. Philip is currently CEO of Sonalake, a software partnering company, and holds directorships in the NDRC, Druid Software and Camara Ireland/Techspace. Philip is a physics graduate of DCU and a qualified executive coach.
